If you have a subscription with recurring charges, you can cancel your subscription anytime.

Nordic Sock Box subscriptions are paid by debit or credit card.

For all subscription models, the first charge is made at the same time you place your order.

You will be notified of future charges in advance.

If the first charge attempt is unsuccessful, Shopify Payments will try again three (3) more times in every three days. You will receive an automatic email notification of failed charges, as well as any new failed charge attempts.

When ordering Nordic Sock Box you need to create an account, if you don't already have one. This is to make sure you can manage your subscription and payment details.

Your subscription will end automatically once you have received all the boxes included in your subscription, or after the last box of the year is published if your subscription is renewing every two months.

There is a time window to order each box, and after this window closes new subscriptions for that shipment will no longer be accepted.
