The charge failed, what do I do?
If the first charge attempt is unsuccessful, Shopify Payments will try again three (3) more times in every three days. You will receive an automatic email notification of failed charges, as well as any new failed charge attempts.

You will receive an automatic email notification of failed charges, as well as any new failed charge attempts. After six failed attempts, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.
For example, a charge may fail if your card does not have the necessary funds. If there are funds on your card and the charge fails, try another card. If you don't have another card, or if the charge still fails even after changing your card, please contact our customer service.
