Offers and free products

Novita’s online store may offer products as gifts with a purchase. These products often have certain conditions, such as a minimum purchase quantity.

The most common example is a digital knitting pattern that the customer receives for free when purchasing at least 2 balls of yarn, such as the yarn recommended on the pattern page. When the shopping cart contains at least 2 balls of yarn, the digital knitting pattern automatically becomes free. Free patterns offered as gifts are always mentioned separately on the pattern page (“Free with yarn purchase”). If there is no mention of a free pattern on the pattern page, the pattern is not available for free with a yarn purchase.

The pattern page may sometimes feature multiple products that follow the same rule (a free product per 2 balls of yarn). In such cases, each free product requires the purchase of two balls of yarn. If there are 2 free products, the customer must buy at least 4 balls of yarn to receive both for free. If there are 3 products, the customer must buy at least 6 balls of yarn, and so on.

The customer can take use of the free gift offer up to three (3) times per purchase. Even if the shopping cart contains, for example, 10 skeins of yarn, the customer can receive a maximum of three free products.
