How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have a subscription with recurring charges, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Please note that all recurring charges are made on the 15th of the month prior to the month of delivery, so if you'd like to cancel e.g. starting from the June box, you'd have to do so before the 15th of May. If you cancel on the 16th of May, you will receive the June box, and after that no more.

Prepaid subscriptions cannot be canceled.
