When will my card be charged?

For all subscription models, the first charge is made at the same time you place your order.

With prepaid orders, you only pay once and receive 3 or 6 boxes every other month. A delivery charge of 10.90 € is added only once. The remaining delivery costs are included in the price.

Renewing orders are always charged on the 15th of the previous month before next delivery. For example, for June boxes, you will be charged on 15 May 2024, so you can cancel your next box before then. A delivery charge of 10.90 € will be added to each charge.
