Using Graphite loosely chain 239 for a beginning chain and work as follows (see chart):Row 1: 3 tr into 5th ch from hook, ch1, (skip 2 sts, 3 tr into next ch, ch1) x2, skip 2 sts, tr3tog, *skip 3 sts, tr3tog, ch1, (skip 2 sts, 3 tr into next ch, ch1) x2, skip 2 sts, 3 tr + ch2 + 3 tr + ch1 into next st, (skip 2 sts, 3 tr into next ch, ch1) x2, skip 2 sts, tr3tog*. Repeat *-* 7 more times, skip 3 sts, tr3tog, ch1, (skip 2 sts, 3 tr into next ch, ch1) x3, 1 tr into same st as previous 3 tr. Turn work. Work row 2 to end but leave out the last pull-through for the last tr. Switch to Rock and pull the yarn through all sts on hook. Break off Graphite.Work row 3 of the chart, then keep repeating rows 2-3. Stripe as follows (2 rows per colour): *Rock, Lichen, Off White, Violet, Lilac, Aubergine, Graphite*.
