With 3 strands of yarn, cast on 119 sts and work 3 rows in garter st. Begin the cable pattern from row 1 of chart: work 7 sts from the right edge of the chart, work the 9 st pattern repeat 12 times, and work 4 sts from the left edge. Keep repeating rows 1-6 of the chart. When the piece measures approx. 151 cm, work 4 more rows of garter st and bind off loosely.
