My customer account has been blocked
Many people use the same passwords for several different services. If one of these services were to be compromised, the perpetrator could gain access to all of them at once.
Our online store monitors data breaches that become public. If the email address you use is detected among them, we may block your customer account. In this case, you will not be able to log in to your account with your old password and will have to reset your password. You can change your password yourself by selecting Forgot your password on the login page. You can also contact our customer service team, who can reset your password.
