Making Up
Flatten the pieces to the desired dimensions on an even surface, wrong side up. Wet with water spray, and allow to dry. Join both shoulder seams.
Collar
Using 40cm circular needle rejoin yarn to 24 sts on a holder, pick up and knit 72[72:72:80:80:80]sts evenly from neck edge =96[96:96:104:104:104]sts. Work in rib in round 22cm. Cast off sts in rib.
Join side seams as folls: leave 10cm opening for slit at the bottom and 17[18:19:20:20:21]cm opening on top for sleeve. Join sleeve seams using back stitch or matress stitch if preferred. Set in sleeves.
