Kaunis Muisto-kaulahuivi neulotaan Novita 7 Veljestä Nature-langasta. Langan vahvikkeena käytetty lyocell-kuitu antaa langalle ja huiville hennon kiillon. Palmikkohuivin vaihtelevassa palmikkoneuleessa on sopivasti haastetta, ja kulmien tupsut viimeistelevät kokonaisuuden.

Stitch patterns: 1/1 rib: *k1, p1, rep from * to end of row. In all following rows, work the sts as they appear. Garter stitch: knit all sts on RS and WS. Cable pattern: work acc to chart and written instructions.
Gauge/Tension: Pattern B (21 sts) with cable, measures approx. 9,5 cm / 3.7”
Method
CO 65 sts, the first row will be a RS row, and continue working in 1/1 rib as follows: k1, *p1, k1, rep from * to end of row. Work 1/1 rib for 4 cm / 1.6”, end with a RS row.
Continue working cable pattern acc to chart, row 1, as follows: k8, work patt A (= 14 sts), work patt B (21 sts), work patt A (14 sts), k8. Work the first and last 8 sts in g st, work rows 2–12 of cable pattern A, then rep rows 1–12, work rows 2–20 of cable pattern B and rep rows 1–20.
When work measures approx. 174 cm / 68.5”, and ending with row 7 of patt B, continue working in 1/1 rib, as described for the beg of the shawl, for 4 cm / 1.6”. BO all sts in pattern.
Finishing
Place the shawl on a flat surface with the wrong side up, moisten by spraying and allow to dry or steam lightly.
Make 4 tassels of about 13 cm / 5.1” and attach them to the corners of the shawl.
