Back
Using dark blue yarn and smaller needles cast on 102[110:118:126:134:142] sts. Work in rib 6cm.
Change to larger needles and off-white yarn. Work in stocking st 4 rows and AT THE SAME TIME increase 1 st during the first row = 103[111:119:127:135:143] sts. Beg and ending rows as indicated, cont in patt from chart as folls:
Row 1: Start working from an arrow marked for your size, rep 24 st pattern until the end of the row. Cont in patt and repeat rows 1-18. Work until back meas 32[33:34:35:37:38] cm and you have finished working 4 rows with off-white yarn. Work rows 19-52. Cont in dark blue yarn. AT THE SAME TIME when back meas 42[43:44:45:47:48] cm, make armhole shaping.
Shape Armholes
Cast off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows. Dec 1 st at each end of foll alt rows 7(7)7(9)9(9) times = 83[91:99:103:111:119] sts. Work until armhole meas 19[20:21:22:22:23] cm.
Shape Shoulders and Back Neck
Cast off 29[29:29:31:31:31] sts in the middle of back for neck and work in patt to end. Leave right side sts on a holder. Work each side of neck separately. Work 2 rows. Dec 2sts at neck edge. Work until armhole meas 21[22:23:24:24:25] cm. Cast off rem 25[29:33:34:38:42] sts. Rejoin yarn to sts on holder and patt to end. Complete to match first side, reversing shapings.
Front
Work as back. Start front neck shaping when armhole meas 12[13:14:15:15:16] cm.
Shape Front Neck
Put 19[19:19:21:21:21] sts in the middle of front for neck on a holder. Work each side of neck separately. Cast off at neck edge every alt row 2 sts twice, 1 st 3 times. Work until armhole meas 24[25:26:27:28] cm. Cast off rem 25[29:33:34:38:42] sts. Rejoin yarn to sts on holder and patt to end. Complete to match first side, reversing shapings.

Work until sleeve meas 39[40:41:42:42:43] cm and you have finished working 4 rows with off-white yarn. Work rows 19-52. Cont in dark blue yarn. AT THE SAME TIME when sleeve meas 49[50:51:52:52:53] cm shape top.
Shape top
Cast off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows. Dec 1 st at each end of next and every foll alt row 6(6)6(7)7(7) times. Cast off rem sts.
Making Up
Flatten the pieces to the desired dimensions on an even surface, wrong side up. Wet with water spray, and allow to dry. Join both shoulder seams.
Collar
Using dark blue yarn and 40cm circular needle rejoin yarn to 19[19:19:21:21:21] sts on a holder, pick up and knit 79[79:83:81:85:85]sts evenly from neck edge =98[98:102:102:106:106]sts. Work in rib in round 10cm. Cast off sts in rib. Fold the collar in half and sew it into WS.
Set in sleeves. Join side seams and sleeve seams using back stitch or matress stitch if preferred. Set in sleeves.
