Back
Cast on 100(108)116(122)130 sts and work ribbing for 6 cm. Then work reverse stockinette st.
When the piece measures 37(38)39(41)42 cm, begin the cable pattern on row 1 of the chart: work 7(11)15(18)13 sts in reverse stockinette st, begin the pattern (the starting point for each size is marked with an arrow), keep repeating the 36 st pattern until 7(11)15(18)13 sts remain and then work them in reverse stockinette st. Work rows 1-30 of the chart, then keep repeating rows 31-40. Note: 2 sts increased at each cable.
After rows 1-20, bind off on every other row 1x3(4)5(5)6 sts, 0(1)1(2)2x2 sts and 2(2)2(2)2x1 st at both ends for the armholes. When you have completed the armhole decreases and worked row 24 of the chart there are 108(110)116(118)126 sts on the needles.
When the armhole measures 20(21)22(22)23 cm, bind off the middle 34(34)34(36)36 sts for the neckline. Work one side at a time. After 2 rows bind off 1x2 sts at the neckline edge.
When the armhole measures 22(23)24(24)25 cm, bind off the remaining 35(36)39(39)43 shoulder sts.
Work the other side in the same manner.
Front
Work in the same way but begin the neckline when the armhole measures 14(15)16(16)17 cm. Leave the middle 22(22)22(24)24 sts on hold (on e.g. a piece of yarn). Work one side of the neckline at a time. On every other row bind off 1x4 sts, 1x2 sts and 2x1 st at the neckline edge.
When the armhole measures 22(23)24(24)25 cm, bind off the remaining 35(36)39(39)43 shoulder sts.
Work the other side in the same manner.
Sleeves
Cast on 46(48)50(50)54 sts and work ribbing for 6 cm. Then work reverse stockinette st.
When the piece measures 10(11)12(11)11 cm, increase 1 st at both ends. Repeat the increases every 4(4)3,5(3)3 cm 10(10)11(13)13 times = 68(70)74(78)82 sts.
When the piece measures 50(51)52(52)53 cm, on every other row bind off at both ends 1x3(4)5(5)6 sts, 3(3)4(4)4x2 sts, 8(10)10(12)14x1 st, 2x2 sts and 1x3 sts.
Bind off the remaining sts and knit the other sleeve in the same manner.
Finishing
Pin to measurements, mist on the wrong side and allow to dry. Sew the shoulder seams.
Collar: Place the sts on hold onto the circular needle. Pick up and knit additional sts from the neckline edge for a total of 100(104)106(109)108 sts. Start from one of the shoulder seams. Work 8 cm of ribbing in the round, then bind off in pattern. Fold the collar once and sew the edge to the WS.
Sew the sleeve seams and side seams. Attach the sleeves.
