I want a refund for my online purchase, what do I do?
Find out in which situations you can get a refund on your purchases.
We can refund your product if, for example:
- There are too few products in your shipment
- Your shipment contains the wrong products
- You have not received the discount you are entitled to
To request a refund, please contact our online customer service using the form below. Indicate the order number and the products to be refunded and/or the reason for the refund. The refund will be returned to your account or card within 3-5 business days.
