Exchange policy

Products purchased in our online shop cannot be exchanged. If you want to change the size or colour of a product, or if you want to exchange it for a different product, please return the product and place a completely new order.

If you had to return a product purchased with a discount and the discount campaign has already expired, we will offer a replacement product at the same price with your new order. Please contact our customer service before placing a new order.
