Stitch patterns
- Stockinette stitch in the round: knit all rows.
- Colourwork in the round: work stockinette st following the chart and instructions.
Gauge 23 sts in colourwork = 10 cm / 4 in
Using Forests cast on 104 sts and join for working in the round. Work stockinette st for 1 round.
Begin the colourwork pattern on row 1 of the chart. Work the 8 st pattern 13 times. *Work rows 2-42. Work rows 43-50 five times, then work rows 51-54.* Repeat *-* four more times and work rows 1-36.
Knit 1 round using Forests, then bind off.
Finishing
Pin to measurements wrong side up, mist and allow to dry.
Sew the edges.
Make 5 approx. 18 cm long tassels for each end, 6 green ones and 4 blue ones.
