Body

Front and back are worked simultaneously in the round from bottom to underarm.

Using smaller circular needle (80 cm) and yarn A cast on 168(182)198(212) sts. Join to work in the round and work 6 cm in rib stitch. On the last row increase 16 sts evenly = 184(198)214(228) sts.

Switch to larger circular needle (80 cm) ja start working in stocking stitch in the round.

When the piece measures 44(44)45(45) cm, work in the following way:

Next round: Cast off 14(14)16(16) sts for underarm, work 78(85)91(98) sts, cast off 14(14)16(16) sts and work last 78(85)91(98) sts.

Leave the rest of the sts on hold for a while.

Sleeves

(worked flat; make 2)

Using smaller circular needle and yarn A cast on 44(46)48(50) sts. Work 6 cm back and forth in rib stitch. On the last row increase 10 sts evenly = 54(56)58(60) sts.

Switch to larger needles and start working in stocking stitch. At the same time increase 1 st at each end of a row every 3.5 centimetres for 10(11)11(12) times = 74(78)80(84) sts.

When the piece measures 47(48)49(50) cm, cast off 7(7)8(8) sts at the beginning of next 2 rows. Leave 60(64)64(68) sts on hold for a while.

Yoke

Pick up all sts on hold onto the larger circular needle (front sts, sleeve 1, back sts, and sleeve 2). Work 1(2)3(3) cm in stocking stitch in the round with these 276(298)310(332) sts. On the last row decrease 4(2)2(0) sts evenly = 272(296)308(332) sts.

Next, start following the colourwork chart at row 1 and work the 4 st pattern repeat for 68(74)77(83) times. Work rows 1-4.

Work row 5 of the chart and at the same time work in the following way: in size S decrease 2 sts evenly; in size M decrease 6 sts evenly; in size L increase 2 sts evenly; in size XL decrease 2 sts evenly = 270(290)310(330) sts.

Work rows 6-25. The 10 st repeat will be worked for 27(29)31(33) times on each row.

Work row 26 and work the decreases as shown in the chart: 2 sts will be decreased within each pattern repeat and you will have 216(232)248(264) sts on the needle.

Work rows 27-38. The 8 st pattern repeat will be worked for 27(29)31(33) times on each row.

Work row 39 and work the decreases as shown in the chart: 2 sts will be decreased within each pattern repeat and you will have 162(174)186(198) sts on the needle.

Work rows 40-44. The 6 st pattern repeat will be worked for 27(29)31(33) times on each row.

Work row 45 and at the same time decrease 2 sts evenly = 160(172)184(196) sts.

Work rows 46-50. Next, work row 51 and at the same time decrease in the following way: *k1, k2tog*, repeat *-* until 1 st remain, k1. You will have 107(115)123(131) sts on the needle.

Continue with yarn A and work 2(2)3(3) cm in stocking stitch. On the last row decrease by working approximately every 5th and 6th stitch together (k2tog) so that you will end up having 90(96)104(110) sts on the needle.

Switch to smaller needle and work 3 cm in rib stitch. Switch to larger needle and work 16 cm in rib stitch. Cast off in rib.
