Renewal of the loyalty program
Novita's new loyalty program Knit Club will be launched during spring 2025. By joining, you can earn points and receive e.g. cash value benefits.
Novita's old loyalty program, Novita Club, will expire in March 2025 week 12.
Knit Club offers benefits one yarn ball and stitch at a time
Everyone is welcome to join Novita's new loyalty program! As a Knit Club member, you'll receive loyalty offers and earn points for e.g. every yarn ball purchased. With the points you collect, you will receive e.g. vouchers, which you can use directly in Novita's online shop.
How to act?
If you are an existing Novita Club member or have made purchases in the Novita online shop while logged in, no action is required. We will automatically transfer you to the new Knit Club and ensure that your purchases from the last 12 months are taken into account in your accumulated points . When you sign in to the Knit Club for the first time, you'll see your new level, your accumulated points and a personal welcome gift.
How does Knit Club work?
Join the loyalty program as soon as it launches
You will receive 50 points (worth €5) immediately upon joining.
Earn points
Earn points for your purchases and other activities.
Redeem rewards
Use your points to redeem rewards.
